Syllabus for Food, Gender, and Environment

In the winter of 2020, our editor, Dr. Alex Ketchum, is teaching a course on Food, Gender, and Environment for the Gender, Sexuality, Feminist, and Social Justice Studies Program of McGill University in Montreal. As part of her ethos of making scholarship, academia, and the university more accessible, she is sharing her syllabus with the public.

Feel free to follow along! Some resources may be hidden behind pay walls (a constant frustration), but Dr. Ketchum has included links whenever possible to link to publicly accessible versions. We will be posting updates.
