Beginning this spring, The Historical Cooking Project will begin publishing a special series about the literary landscape on cookbook history/ cookbook historiography. Due to our training particularly in North American and Western food history, we also welcome proposals from scholars that are interested in publishing literature reviews about cookbook history in other geographical contexts.
